AnneMarie Florizone was born on a large farm youngest of seven , in Vonda Sask. She achieved her B Ed in education whilst raising two lovely daughters. She majored in French in her Bed from Edmonton and Religion and Art in her BA from Calgary . Later she taught Art , social sciences , and French immersion . Teaching primary and secondary in both public and separate schools she taught part time for the U of R in French. She retired at 55 and at 70 began a career in painting in acrylic and watercolour using both brush and palette knife
Her favorite artists are Monet Van Gogh and Tom Thomson
My favorite teachers were Nikki Jacquin and as of late Dan Allen ! I show paintings with Regina Art Gallery and Compassionate artist at the Pasqua cancer Center .
I’m interested in continuing leadership in creating fundraisers and showing Art to the Public
My goals are varied but always to be an inspiration to my 10 grandchildren !
